What Rentico's 20% actually covers.

Property management fee breakdown

Management fees in Dubai are not always easy to compare. Some look low until the extras arrive. Here is exactly what Rentico's fee covers, and what it does not.

The 11 services in the 20%

1. Professional photos and listing: your home is photographed and listed with a clear, honest description.

2. Daily dynamic pricing: prices move every day with demand, events and seasons.

3. Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda: your home is live where guests book.

4. Direct bookings on staywithrentico.com: guests can also book Rentico homes directly.

5. Guest screening and check-in: every guest is checked before arrival and welcomed properly.

6. 24/7 guest support: guests can reach Rentico at any hour.

7. Hotel-grade cleaning and linen: Rentico organises the cleaning and fresh linen after every stay, and the guest pays the cleaning fee.

8. Maintenance coordination: Rentico arranges repairs and follows them up until they are done.

9. Tourism fee and VAT handling: the paperwork that comes with every booking is handled for you.

10. Review management: a review is written for every guest after check-out, and your listing reputation is looked after.

11. Monthly owner statement: one clear statement and payout every month.

What is not in the 20%

A one-time onboarding fee covers getting started, including your holiday home permit. As the owner, you pay DEWA, internet and service charges. Furnishing is optional: if your home is empty, Design by Rentico can furnish it as a separate service.
