1. About these terms

By using renticodubai.com you agree to these terms. The site is run by Rentico Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C., a DTCM-licensed company in Dubai.

2. Information only

The site explains our services. Estimates, occupancy figures and examples are for guidance and are not a promise of future income.

3. Management needs a signed agreement

Management starts only once you and Rentico sign a management agreement. If anything on the site differs from your agreement, the agreement applies. Messages on WhatsApp, phone or email are not a contract.

4. Bookings and furniture

Stays are booked on staywithrentico.com and follow its terms. Furniture is ordered through designbyrentico.com and follows its terms. Prices shown here are 'from' prices and may change.

5. Partner programme

  • Anyone can refer an owner of a Dubai property.
  • The reward is up to AED 15,000 per signed unit. The amount for each unit is confirmed in writing before payment.
  • The reward is paid once the unit is live on booking platforms.
  • If two partners refer the same owner, the first referral received wins.
  • Partners are not Rentico employees or agents, and may not make promises on Rentico's behalf.
  • Rentico may change or end the programme; referrals already confirmed are honoured.

6. Other websites

We link to sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the site, copy it in bulk, scrape it or try to break it.

8. Our content

The text, photos, design, logos and the names Rentico, Stay with Rentico and Design by Rentico belong to Rentico. Do not copy them without permission.

9. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is. As far as the law allows, Rentico is not liable for losses from using the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version applies.

11. Law

These terms follow the laws of Dubai and the UAE. Disputes go to the Dubai courts.
