1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers renticodubai.com. Bookings on staywithrentico.com and furniture orders on designbyrentico.com follow those sites' own policies.

3. What we collect

• When you contact us (WhatsApp, phone, email): your name, number, email, your message and details of your property.
• Partners who refer an owner: your contact details, the owner details you share, and payout records.
• When you browse: device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and analytics.

We do not take payments on this site.

4. Why we use it

To reply to you and arrange your free visit, prepare an estimate for your property, run the partner programme and pay rewards, improve the site, and meet legal and tax duties. We only send marketing messages if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.

5. WhatsApp

WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms. We keep chats only as long as needed (see section 8). Reply STOP at any time to stop updates.

6. If a partner refers you

A partner shared your details with us and confirmed they had your permission. We will tell you this when we first contact you, and we will delete your details if you ask.

7. Who we share with

Rentico's own brands (Stay with Rentico and Design by Rentico), trusted tools that help us run the business (hosting, CRM, analytics, messaging), our advisers, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data. Some tools store data outside the UAE; we use providers with recognised security standards.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not go further: 24 months.
• Owner and partner records: 5 years after the relationship ends, for tax and accounting.
• Analytics: as set by the tool, usually up to 14 months.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, take a copy of it, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Cookies

Essential cookies make the site work and are always on. Analytics cookies show us how the site is used and only run if you accept. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner or your browser settings.

11. Security

The site is encrypted (HTTPS), and only staff who need access can see your data.

12. Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18.

13. Changes and law

We will post any update here with a new date. This policy follows UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection.
